DA chief presents proposed P74-B 2013 budget

According to Alcala, the suggested budget which 21% more than this year’s P64.1 B will be utilized to achieve priority targets under the Aquino government’s Food Staples Sufficiency Program (FSSP) and attain 100 percent rice sufficiency.
