Reciting in Unison

Agriculture Secretary Proceso J. Alcala leads the DA family in reciting a united pledge of commitment in a simple candle lighting ceremony which caps off the 2012 World Food Day held on October 18, 2012 at the Quezon Memorial Circle , in Quezon City . In line with the theme—‘Agricultural cooperatives: key to feeding the world’— WFD 12 focused on the importance of cooperatives in improving food security and eradicating hunger worldwide.
