DA grants Misamis Occidental P115-M agri-fishery, FMR projects

Alcala and Ramiro led the groundbreaking ceremony of a 6.4-kilometer Tudela-Sinacaban Farm-to-Market Road (FMR), worth P23.4M under the Mindanao Rural Development Program (MRDP). To boost the development of the agricultural and fishery sectors, and increase the productivity and incomes of small farmers and fisherfolk in Misamis Occidental, the Department of Agriculture granted the province and its local government units P115-million worth of farm and fishery inputs, equipment, facilities, and livestock animals, including the repair and construction of FMR. (Photo by DA Region 10 Info Division)
