P321-M farm equipment for Soccsksargen

Agriculture Secretary Proceso J. Alcala (inset, left) recently awarded P321-million worth of farm machinery and equipment to farmers' groups and LGUs in Soccsksargen which forms part of the continuing efforts of the Aquino administration to further increase farmers' productivity and incomes.
