El Niño Monitoring

DA-7 Regional Executive Director Angel C. Enriquez conducts field monitoring on the effects of El Niño in Brgy. Babag and Sudlon II, two of the mountain barangays of Cebu City to assess

status and damages on the agricultural crops. They interview farmers in the areas for any pest and disease outbreak.

Enriquez was accompanied by Cebu City agriculturist Joelito Baclayon, Wilberto Castillo, and Engr. Eugene Cahiles.
