Sec. Piñol Graces the Visayas Cluster Consultation Seminar on RA 9184

Sec. Emmanuel Pinol gives his message today, to the participants of the Visayas wide consultative seminar on the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184 or the Government Procurement Reform Act here in Cebu City.

In his message, he shared four points to ponder for the members of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and technical working group (TWG). These are 1) do not cut corners; 2) do things fairly that all things must be treated equal, 3) do not be fooled by anybody, 4) do not be pressured, dont let things or somebody interfere in the bidding process. He said that at the end of the day, you members are always atbthe lossing end.
