DA-7 Employees Undergo MALASAKIT Briefing

Some DA7 employees undergo an orientation-briefing on the various programs and services of the agency which is a basic essential for the Malasakit Help Desk Center.

Regional Executive Director Atty. Salvador Diputado in his message encouraged the participants to be knowledgeable and be well-informed of the various DA's programs and services for them to immediately address the queries and concerns of clients.

Diputado said that employees who will be stationed at the Malasakit must properly perform its functions, so that clients who will visit the office will create positive impressions of the agency and will be inspired to visit again. Likewise, Diputado also encouraged employees to be at all times very approachable and have a pleasant personality. "Äyaw mo sige mug-ot o magmuro inyo nawong. Always wear a smile aron ang inyong mga clients, daghan makatunan og dili maka-ingon nga bati mo og batasan."

Among the topics discussed are 1) DA vision, mission and programs and services; 2) different credit windows for farmers/fisherfolk; 3) regulatory services; 4) public assistance complaint desk; 5) front office courtesies; and 5) dealing with difficult clients.
