Gerlou Tibon of the Department of Interior and Local Government, cited Republic Act 7877 also known as Anti-sexual Harassment Act as the duty of every employee to refrain from committing acts of gender-based sexual harassment such as blurting sexist, transphobic remarks and stalking.
