A variety of fruit-bearing trees including jackfruit, cashew, mango, guyabano, guava, santol, and sampaloc were planted during the activity, which was held simultaneously in key provinces across the country. In Nueva Ecija alone, around 1.5 million seedlings were planted in line with DA’s commitment of overseeing not only the welfare of the farmers but also of protecting the environment. ###
