He said the DA and the PCA will assist farmers to prune affected trees, treat them with recommended chemicals, and implement preventive measures to avert the spread of the pest. Further, the DA will provide affected farm families with livelihood projects, while the PCA will give them coconut seedlings to replace affected trees.
